A true minimalist coyote boot, the Belleville Mini-Mil is AR670-1 compliant and designed specifically for the conditioned warrior athlete currently training in minimalist athletic footwear. This men's coyote training boot features 2mm of drop, which refers to the height of the heel in relation to the toe. In minimalist training footwear, lower heel to toe drop like that found on the Mini-Mil is associated with reduced risk of injury to the knees when running by evenly distributing impact with every footfall. This promotes a more "natural" motion and increased ground contact, similar to being barefoot.
