Lovely condition overall for her age, with minor age-related wear, as described below:

• Some small spots of discoloration, barely visible, on the front and also in the inside of the lapels
• A bit of wear to the soutache, some small spots where it has come loose--could be tacked down or left as is, very minor
• The lining appears to have been replaced, but there are some loose/popped threads along the center back seam of the lining, also minor and could be repaired or left as is
• The hidden silk lining around the buttonholes is deteriorating, but this is not structural damage and cannot be seen

Overall this piece is very sturdy and wearable with some care.
