Compact, yet large enough to record all the information you need in order to fully capture your memories.  Constructed with high quality, heavy-duty paper and featuring a durable, leather pen-holder loop, you can take this anywhere and meticulously document each day in the field. 

With 45 individual hunt pages, you can record all the details with dedicated entry fields for date, hunt type, season, location, hunters and dog(s), weather, lunar phase, temperature, humidity, best hour(s), barometer, wind, water levels, firearms and gear, harvest numbers and species and much more.  Use the “Additional Comments/Photo” space to capture your thoughts about the hunt or for attaching a photo (approximately: 4” x 5.5”) to better preserve the memories.  The title page has a place for your name, address and contact information in case your logbook gets lost.  The journal includes an informational two-page reference listing of the North American waterfowl species, their scientific names, and 4-letter abbreviations.  Hint:  Use the 4-letter species abbreviations when recording the harvest information chart on each page.  Plain-lined pages at the end of the journal give you room to capture any additional notes as well as an end-of-season recap.
