Vintage repaired N-3B parka. Feels like a cotton/nylon blend. Heavily repaired throughout, mainly on the sleeves/pockets, minor discoloration throughout, zipper is a little torn at the start, and some wear on the end of the cuffs/hem, but overall in fair vintage condition.
